About Me
Well Hello there! Let me introduce myself... I am Nichole and in 2005 I started Belle Amour Photography! Little did I know that two decades of combining my love for capturing those special moments along with a passion for working with people in such a creative environment would allow me to still get excited every time I look through the lens! I bring a light-hearted, upbeat energy alongside my years of experience to create beautiful images in a relaxed, fun environment!
What you see on this website though is not just my work alone as it is a mix from all of us! My team includes 4 incredible human beings who also happen to be enjoy photography -Wendy who has been my partner in crime since 2006, Mike joined us 2007, and Katy jumped in around 2010. They have developed their own style and skills along side me for majority of my career, so it is truly an honor to call them family. We know how to take charge while keeping things laid back and easy going. We offer a mix several styles of photography to tell your story naturally, beautifully, and in a way that feels uniquely yours. We have shot over 800 weddings in the last 20 years and don't plan on slowing down anytime soon!
We have had the honor of being named "Hall of Fame Vendor" and "Best of Vendors 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, & 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024" by The Knot, along with other accomplishments such as having one of our work featured in People Magazine.
We love what we do, and we truly hope it shows through our work as well as our reviews!
Oh wow...you're still reading this? Ok random info time! I was born in California but have called Louisiana home for most of my life. My hubby and I love to travel! I am a mom of 4 awesome kids (3 in college and 1 about to graduate high school). I believe pineapple on pizza is the best topping ever-you can't change my mind. I am holding my breath for that N'sync reunion and have been seen busting out some Bye Bye Bye dance moves occasionally at weddings! I am truly blessed to work in an industry that allows me to capture forever moments cherished by so many while having a blast!
